Most people know that if they quit smoking they will save £1000 -£2000 a year. Most people know that if they stop smoking they could add years to their life. And most people know that if they quit smoking right now, they could save their health - before it's too late.

So, why do people continue smoking?

What happens in a session?

You are unique and so is your habit.

Stage 1
We learn your habit profile
. This includes when you started, the times you have tried to stop, the times you smoke and why, the pressures that you are feeling and most importantly why you want to quit.

Stage 2
We use aversion to work with your subconscious
. This changes your relationship with tobacco. Ever wondered how you can really like the taste of something and then overeat or feel sick and from that time forward it never tastes the same?

Stage 3
We use hypnosis to create a deeper motivation to stop
. Hypnosis is like a light daydream that focuses upon the issues identified in stage 1 above. You see yourself acting and feeling differently. We use timeline techniques to reconstruct your pleasurable memories and then create a smoke-free future that is the path that the subconscious then expects and creates.

Stage 4
We create a cd recording of the actual session that you keep. This is replayed as necessary, at home, to reinforce the session. The session also includes deep relaxation techniques that form the basis of self-hypnosis, useful in other life issues.

Stage 5
We offer back up sessions.
These would use different hypnotherapy sessions based upon the exact nature of the difficulties experienced with added Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), a powerful form of acupressure.
